紅外自動大理石花崗巖切割機(jī)是在底座上設(shè)置軌道作直線運(yùn)動，帶動金剛石圓鋸片，紅外切割刀片確定被切割石材的尺寸和直線度，并保證切割軌道按照直線運(yùn)動進(jìn)行石材板材切割加工的一種設(shè)備。

由于紅外自動橋機(jī)配有貼面機(jī)，所以切割石材完全是自動化控制的，只需要輸入所需尺寸即可獲得相應(yīng)尺寸的板材。是近年來石材加工廠的首選設(shè)備。近年來，華龍石材機(jī)械有限公司開發(fā)了一種機(jī)頭可調(diào)整到角度的機(jī)型，可切割斜角邊、雙斜角邊等，極大地適應(yīng)了各種對切割刃口的要求。

本機(jī)采用PLC控制，切割尺寸由計算機(jī)終端數(shù)字輸入，所有操作可手動或由計算機(jī)程序自動完成；控制面板位于機(jī)器右側(cè)，方便操作人員在放板時對機(jī)器進(jìn)行調(diào)整；面板上有操作按鈕、編碼器和液晶顯示；本機(jī)最多可同時設(shè)置8種不同的切割尺寸，每種尺寸最多可重復(fù)9999次，并可設(shè)置多次下刀。切割模式;配備紅外刀儀，可準(zhǔn)確定位；切割進(jìn)給速度由變頻器調(diào)節(jié)；鋸片由電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動，可由液壓傳動驅(qū)動，自動旋轉(zhuǎn)90°；最大可切割3200mm × 2000mm板材；工作臺可承重600kg，可轉(zhuǎn)動0°~ 85°。支撐架與機(jī)架一體，可快速安裝使用，移動方便，無需提前搭建混凝土基礎(chǔ)。

Cutting mode; equipped with infrared knife instrument, can be accurately positioned; cutting feed speed adjusted by the frequency converter; saw blade driven directly by the motor, can be driven by the hydraulic transmission, automatic rotation of 90 °; the maximum cutting 3200mm × 2000mm plate; table can support 600kg, can be turned 0 ° ~ 85 °.
